How to Work
With Scheme Designers

Begin your journey by getting in touch with Scheme Designers through any channel that's convenient for you — a phone call, WhatsApp message, email, or Instagram DM. Simply tell us a little about your space and what you're looking to achieve. There's no commitment at this stage — just a friendly conversation.

We schedule a free 30–45 minute consultation — in person at your site in Gurgaon / Delhi NCR, or virtually over a video call. During this session, Nilima will listen to your vision, understand your lifestyle, discuss your budget expectations, and assess the scope of work. This is your opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for our design philosophy.

Based on our consultation, we prepare a detailed design brief and project proposal for you. This includes the proposed scope of work, a design concept overview, project timeline, and a transparent fee structure. We believe in complete clarity — no hidden costs, no surprises.

Once you approve the proposal, we dive into the creative process. This includes space planning and layouts, mood boards and material palettes, 3D visualisations of key areas, furniture and fixture selection, and lighting design. You'll be involved at every milestone — we design with you, not just for you.

With your design approved, we move to execution. Scheme Designers coordinates with trusted contractors, vendors, and craftsmen to bring your space to life. We provide on-site supervision throughout the project to ensure every detail is delivered exactly as designed — on time and within budget.

The most exciting step — we hand over your beautifully transformed space! We do a thorough walkthrough together, address any finishing touches, and ensure you are completely delighted before we close the project. We also provide post-handover support for any queries that arise in the weeks following completion.
